HOW I WORK
Three step breakdown.
ONE
Take stock
Review what already exists, formal or informal.
TWO
Make sense
Identify the gaps against what your people actually need.
THREE
Build the fix
Create sequenced, plain-language content that's ready to use.
Different needs. Different formats.
WHAT I CREATE
Not every training need looks the same, so it makes sense that the format follows its purpose. For example:
Online modules
Self-paced learning for onboarding, compliance, and skills that need consistent delivery at scale.
Reference guides
Quick, plain-language resources for people to refer to, because learning doesn't have to be a memory test.
Learning pathways
Sequenced content that takes people from 'just started' to 'confident and capable', step by step.
Start from a template, or build from scratch.
GETTING STARTED
Every organisation is different by size, complexity, time constraint, or budget. That's why I offer two approaches to learning.
Both start the same way with the three step breakdown — take stock, make sense, build the fix. What differs is the next step.
For standard compliance and some skills-based topics, a quicker more economical outcome can be achieved working with proven templates tailored to fit your organisation's policies, language, and voice.
For organisation specific learning bespoke to particular audiences and outcomes, a custom build from scratch means it can be built entirely around your requirements.
Either way, I make sure the learning fits — you just choose how you get there.
