Hi, I'm Benita.
I bring over 20 years of learning and development experience across aviation, construction, food assurance, aged care, and insurance, working both overseas and in New Zealand. My organisational experience includes Emirates, Fletcher Construction, AsureQuality, Ryman Healthcare, the Natural Hazards Commission, and UniMed.
It's taught me that good training needs to be engaging, relevant, and valuable to the learner. And, that it has to hold up when it matters, from doing things better day-to-day, to an auditor's first question.
CrowLogic is where that experience goes to work for organisations that want the same rigour, without building an in-house learning and development team to get it.
