THE SITUATION
Most organisations already have onboarding resources and training in some shape or form — inductions, compliance briefings, the odd PDF checklist, or slide deck. What's usually missing isn't the intent, it's the rigour: a clear, consistent path people actually move through, rather than a folder of content they're handed and left to navigate alone.
That gap stays invisible until an audit, an incident, or a new hire slips through the cracks, at which point it becomes very visible, very fast.
